Best Diet to Lose Weight

A few days ago, I wrote about low carb diets. In that post I talked briefly about the program I followed to lose a lot of weight.

I promised that I would write a short review, so here you have it.

I’ve always been pretty slim, at least in my teens anyway. In my mid-20s something happened though.

I’ve got a job, family, a car and kids. All of the sudden my active lifestyle wasn’t so active anymore. My scale and I wasn’t very good friends anymore.

In the next decade, my weight was jumping up and down. Like a yoyo. Everytime I found a diet that worked, it wouldn’t take long before I couldn’t stand the cravings anymore, and before I knew it my weight was up again… Plus a few pounds.

This pattern repeated itself for a long time and while my weight was going up, my selfesteem was going down. I was disgusted when I looked in the mirror, and even though my husband was being understanding, I couldn’t cope with the thought that I couldn’t even control my own weight.

It’s along time ago now, and since then I’ve dropped 30 pounds in 4 months. I couldn’t have done it without FatLoss4Idiots!

  • I missed more information on how to use these principles to make my own meals. However, this is not a problem as you can find many recipes in forums and on dedicated websites.

PROS:

  • This diet is really easy to follow. It really is a diet for “idiots”
  • You’ll get a step-by-plan to follow, and that’s basically it.
  • For people just looking to lose weight (and don’t care much about how everything works), this is a great book as it does exactly that; showing you how to lose weight.
  • This diet is well balanced with a high amount of protein.
  • It comes with a 60 day money back guarantee.

My Final Thoughts:

I’ve tried a lot of different diets in my time, and this is the only system I would ever recommend to anyone. I am a geek sometimes, and I like to know why stuff works the way it does.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots did the trick and I lost a lot of weight with it, but I had a hard time understanding why. But, if you don’t care about all that science stuff and just want to shred some pounds without thinking too much about it, then Fat Loss 4 Idiots is probably what you need.
